Debuting just in time for summer, the Canna-Coconut Lime Pie with Guava Swirl offers a tropical escape in every bite, infused with precision and powered by PRŪF’s new Key Lime Guava flower.
This partnership blends Laurie’s decades of culinary cannabis expertise with PRŪF’s commitment to precision cultivation. The result? A recipe that balances potency, flavor, and beauty—perfect for gatherings, gifting, or a personal treat.

Canna-Coconut Lime Pie with Guava Swirl
Serves 9 | 10mg THC per teaspoon
Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- ¾ cup toasted sweetened coconut, plus ¼ cup for garnish
- 8 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon cannabis-infused butter (or equivalent infusion method)
- 2 cans condensed milk
- 1 cup lime juice
- ¾ cup coconut Greek yogurt, plus an additional ¾ cup for the sauce
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons cannabis-infused butter (or equivalent infusion method)
- 3 tablespoons guava preserves
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, ½ cup coconut, and both butters. Mix well.
- Press the crumb mixture into a 9-inch deep-dish pie plate, pressing into the sides and bottom. Reserve some crumbs for topping.
- Bake the crust for 15 minutes.
- In a large bowl, whisk together condensed milk, lime juice, yogurt, egg yolks, and infused butter.
- Pour filling into the pie crust and sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Bake for 45–50 minutes, until the center jiggles slightly but is mostly firm.
- Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate.
- In a small bowl, swirl together the remaining yogurt and guava preserves. Spoon onto each slice just before serving.
