Coming from a wide range of backgrounds in everything from medical cannabis advocacy and dispensary management to plant biology and ornamental horticulture, the team shares decades of experience, united around a passion for plant health and innovation.
Jeremy combines decades of cannabis horticulture experience with cutting-edge technology to deliver previously unattainable consistency in both product quality and consumer effect. Prior to his leadership at Prūf, Jeremy was a co-founder of Farma, recently acclaimed by Rolling Stone as one of Oregon’s top dispensaries. Jeremy has served as a cannabis policy advisor for members of Congress. He also served on the OLCC’s rule-making advisory committee. In 2015, Jeremy co-founded Cultivation Classic, Oregon’s leading craft cannabis competition. He serves on the technical advisory committee of the Resource Innovation Institute, and is a co-founder of Open Cannabis Project.
Lee has a Bachelor of Science in Plant Biology, previously a grower at Pleasant View Gardens and DS Cole Growers for a combined fifteen years. While nurturing plants and developing crop plans for multiple cultivars, she participates in streamlining crops processes and works towards more sustainable practices at Prūf Cultivar.
Todd is a strategic leader and seasoned manager with 20 years of operations management experience. He is passionate about building and driving high performance teams, while streamlining production efficiencies through detailed analysis and cost effective business solutions.
With over 15 years of diverse sales experience in various industries, Cory’s familiarity with building new businesses made him ideal for building upon Prūf’s momentum. He brings experience from major companies like Nissan and SCI International, leading record setting sales & service teams that exceeded revenue and profitability goals without regard to product, company, industry, or market position.
